Crew bookings use a kill fee structure. If cancelled under 48 hours before call time, a kill fee based on booking length applies. Full refund within 24 hours of acceptance.

Based on total booking length, a kill fee equal to the provider's daily rate is charged. The remainder is refunded.

If a provider cancels a booking, the booker always receives a 100% refund regardless of timing. Provider cancellations are tracked on the provider's profile.
Equipment and location bookings include a 24-hour grace period from the moment the provider accepts the booking. During this window, bookers can cancel for a full refund. The grace period does not apply if the provider accepted the booking less than 48 hours before the start time.
Crew cancellation windows are calculated from the booked call time on the start date. Equipment and location cancellation windows are calculated from 8:00 AM on the start date.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
